production. If this is your first project, we'll walk with you from your original concept to a
commercial that will deliver your message in a powerful 30 or 60 second spot.
We shoot, edit and produce original broadcast quality video. If your budget is tight, we'll
work from your stock footage along with your existing marketing materials. In either
case, we'll keep our costs low and our production values high. You'll pay for only great

Doing Business with Telvideo Audio & Video Productions:

Conducting business in a fast-paced, tight-deadline, global market place can be complex. Our goal
is to make both the creative and administrative processes as efficient as possible. Please note the
following policies:

Payment Methods:
We accept: Check, Money Order and Wire Transfer for work performed. Check and Money Order
payments should be sent to:

All check payments must clear our local bank to be considered collected. Returned checks are
subject to a $35 fee and loss of check payment privileges.

Wire Transfers must be made via prior arrangement with us. Any fees assessed to us by our bank
must be paid by the sender.

Terms:
All invoices are due upon receipt.
All new clients shall deposit at least 50% of their projected cost prior to work commencing. All
Existing clients shall deposit a minimum 33% of their projected cost. All balances are due upon
delivery or finishing the project. Out-of-pocket expenses will be detailed in our arrangement and
payment is expected at the time of expenditure.

Recurring monthly charges such as web or streaming media hosting are to be settled to a credit or
debit card info on file. All streaming media accounts must have a valid credit or debit card info on
file at all times. If you wish to cancel your recurring monthly service, notification must be received
prior to the start of a new monthly billing period by sending an email to: billing@telvideo1.com with
full account details. This procedure is for your protection and for our own documentation.
Pro-rated refunds are not given for unused plan bandwidth or storage.

Once a project is underway, a majority of our communication with you is via our online project
manager or email. This is the best way to work efficiently and accurately. Projects requiring
frequent telephone or in-person meetings will be subject to additional billable time.

Other terms may apply depending on the scope and size of the project.
