Print out the order form and send your photo via mail, you have the option to send an original photograph or a
digital photograph on CD or floppy disc. Files should be at least 200dpi and BMP JPEG GIF or TIFF format. They
should be good quility without exceeding 1mb (1000kb) in size. Your photograph will be returned with your
clock. Please send your order form and payment to:

Note: that your phone number will be used as your customer reference number, so be sure that your Phone
number is printed on the check and on the back of your photo with a pencil. Your photograph will be returned
with your clock.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:

Telvideo is more than happy to ship clocks anywhere in the world. The prices shown for postage is in the U.S
dollars only, so if you order a clock from another country you should check the currency exchange rate for that
country and send the correct amount.

PHOTO QUALITY:
Remember, Telvideo can only make your clock as good as the photograph you send. Therefore, digital
photographs on floppy disc or CD would be perfect: but, please make sure that they are at least 200dpi and in
either BMP, JPG, TIFF or GIF format.

DELIVERY:
Usually within 7 days, but please allow up to 28 days. All products are carefully and securely packaged to
ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition.
